Euphemia Li Britannia

Euphemia Li Britannia
Name: Euphemia Li Britannia
Nickname/Alias: Euphie
Seiyuu: Omi Minami
Age: 16 (Libra)
Nationality: Britannian
Blood Type: B
The third princess of the Britannian Imperial family, half-sister of Lelouch and Nunnally, and full sister of Cornelia.

Euphemia first makes her appearance, falling out of a window and on top of Suzaku. She doesn't tell him who she is, only that she's being 'chased by bad people'. This way, she got to know Suzaku a little, and became a normal person for a day rather then a celebrity.

Euphie is a very innocent and good person. She doesn't believe in the discrimination between Numbers and Britannians, and she is also a pacifist, who cares greatly for peace and the lives of others. Her innocence also leads to naivety, that and her spoiled persona puts her in quite a few dangerous situations. She believes in a world with no discrimination and no violence, where everyone is happy. Her ideals are pure, but not realistic.

Euphemia is also very close to Suzaku. Their similar ideals and personalities have led to them becoming close friends, to lovers. Euphemia gave Suzaku the title as her knight, against her sister's, and most of the public's wishes.

Euphemia is one of the few people who discovered Lelouch's identity as Zero. She establishes the "Special Administration Region in Japan" trying to relive the days of her past with Lelouch and Nunnally. Lelouch is greatly angered by this, as everything he worked so hard for was at the brink of collapsing because of this. However, Euphemia convinces him to join her, and reveals that she's doing it for Nunnally's sake.

Lelouch, agreeing to become Euphemia partner, is about to explain his Geass, saying "if I wanted to, I could order you to kill all the Japanese". His Geass was out of control, and was activated when he said this. This made Euphemia go under the influence of Geass and massacred the Japanese people. In the end, Zero fatally shoots her. Suzaku carries her to the Avalon trip to try and save her. Euphemia, still under Geass, thinks about killing Suzaku, but for some reason, the Geass fades, possibly suppressed by Euphemia's love for him. She asks how her Special Administration Region in Japan is going, and asks if the Japanese are happy, and that she can't remember anything about the massacre. Suzaku holds her hand and smiles, and tells her that everyone's happy. Euphemia dies, believing that she has created a haven for the Japanese.
