Another member of the Student Council and one of the best friends Lelouch has. He's often with Lelouch, driving him around to chess games and such. He also formed a fast friendship with Suzaku after he saved Lelouch in episode 6. He's loud and enthusiastic, and he jokes around a lot. Rivalz is probably the most 'delinquent' of them all. He doesn't mind gambling along with Lelouch in his chess matches, and he suggests drinking wine on special occasions. Outside of school, he's a bartender in a salon. He's also got some sort of crush on Milly, he gets pretty upset when Milly introduced her fiance. Rivalz is a nice guy; he makes friends easily and cares about them too. Although he jokes around sometimes, he's an understanding guy and he knows when he needs to be serious.
