Stage 10, The Guren Dances

The episode starts off with C.C. swimming in Ashford's pool, discussing with Lelouch that the Order's supports have been increasing and there are more applicants to join, as well as donations from organizations.

The donated Knightmares have arrived at the Black Knight's HQ, the members are admiring their new Knightmare, Guren Mk. II- a Knightmare of incredible power and completely made in Japan. Zero decides to give it to Kallen, the Order's trump card.

Zero gets some insider information, and tells the Order to move out to do some 'hiking'. They go to the mountains in Narita where the Japanese Liberation Front hold is. Cornelia's troops attack with over 100 Knightmares at her command. Tamaki and the other members ask and criticise Zero, asking him why he brought them here. Zero asks who thinks they can win without him, and nobody replies.

"A messiah will not be recognised until he makes a miracle. If that's so, we need a miracle."

- Zero

Cornelia starts her attack, and the Japanese Liberation Front gets destroyed under her might. They can do nothing but wait for Toudou, their trump card.

At the same time, The Black Knights have finished their preparation and are ordered to sortie. Lelouch tells them that to ambush the Britannian army, and to capture Cornelia alive. Kallen uses the Guren's Radiation Wave to cause a huge landslide, annihilating a large portion of Cornelia's army, as well as the Liberation's troops.

While the Britannian troops are scattered and confused, the Order ambushes them, using the advantage of surprise to take them down. Disobeying his orders, Jeremiah, obsessed and excited about Zero's appearance charges in.

Jeremiah is face to face with Zero, and is about to strike at him (being provoked by being called Orange! XD) but Kallen jumps in front of Zero and starts attacking Jeremiah. She reaches out her radiations arm and blows up Jeremiah, leaving the Britannians shocked and confused.

"Can you see it, Britannia? Finally... Finally... we can fight at the same level as you!"

- Kallen

Rating: 4/5

Comments: I really liked seeing the Guren in action, although I thought that Jeremiah's 'end' was pretty gross and a little overdetailed for my liking. Oh well, good episode, lots of Knightmares and big blasts blowing up things. -Emily
